Modern advances in Thermal Wheel Rotary Heat Exchanger design mean that a significant proportion of extracted thermal energy, hot or cold, can be recovered and passed back into the supply airstream, which results in a reduced heating or cooling load on the boiler, chiller or refrigeration plant.

All of AirCraft Air Handling’s Thermal Wheels are bespoke and selected to suit the individual site requirements, and can be constructed with Aluminium, Epoxy, Enthalpy or Sorption rotors and, where necessary, have segmented construction to assist transit on-site.
